Illustration Friday - Clutter

A clutter of birds visit my house every morning. They make quite a ruckus some days. It is very entertaining. I swear they sound like they are laughing, sharing adventures and gossiping over their sunflower seed breakfast.

This was created using pen and tablet. I am really loving it. I have a question to any one who using one, which kind did you get? I have a small Graphire currently and thinking of an upgrade, I need a larger active area, I think.

Thanks for visiting and I do cherish reading comments. Thanks!

I like it!!!

I have a small Wacom Graphire and it's plenty enough. I actually prefer the small one... the one I have at work is big and I wish it's smaller. It really is the same digital working area once you get used to it, and the big one just takes too much physical space.

Nice use of a limited palette. Very cute!

I have the Bamboo tablet. I didn't like it at first (mostly because I didn't allow myself time to use it a bit before making judgements!). But now I really like it, and just completed an entire illustration in Photoshop with it. Like Flora says, it's all the same area, and if you use it enough, you'll get used to the smaller physical tablet and how to work with it.

Nicely done! I love your bright colors! I use the Wacom small one (4x6?). I use it mainly for coloring though. For what I need it for, its all right. An upgrade would be nice for more options. Although, for me personally, I have limited space so the small one is fine.

Beautifully done! Your drawing is very charming and sweet. I have a small Wacom, but have not mastered it yet. Your drawing has inspired me to try some more.

Thanks for the kind comments and the tablet feedback. I think I will stick with the one I have then. Thanks!
